Why do MSPs choose Dynacop?
Every customer lives in its own isolated environment; you manage them all with a single sign-in. Customers never see each other.
A technician serving 20 customers never appears on your invoice. And the same end user across multiple customer environments is counted only once. Each technician carries only as much authority as their job.
All your customers' usage rolls into a single end-of-month invoice — no upfront guessing, no minimum licenses, leave anytime.
Our list price is always public; your volume-based partner rate lives in your panel. You set your own price and margin toward your customers.
Your customer portfolio at a glance
Resources, people, attack status, and weekly reports — broken down per customer.
Click a customer — the console switches into that customer's context in the same session; resources, people, and audit records open in isolation.
Your customer sees it too. That makes you stronger.
In most tools, the customer can't see what their MSP does — trust rests on your word. With Dynacop, your customer can open their own panel and see who accessed which machine and when, and revoke an access themselves if needed. We couldn't find another product offering this transparency — and in a sales conversation, it becomes your strongest card.
- A customer sees ONLY their own environment in their panel
- Person-level access and sign-in history — real names, not "Administrator"
- If a customer revokes an access, you see it immediately
Every customer is isolated in its own workspace; data, people, and policies stay within tenant boundaries.
The Person ≠ Account approach →Each technician gets only as much authority as their job
Five built-in roles, per-customer scope, and custom roles you build permission by permission — isolation applies not only between your customers, but inside your own team.
Your helpdesk agent resets a locked-out user's factor; they can't touch policies or security settings. An Auditor sees everything and changes nothing.
A technician sees and manages only the customers they're assigned to. Give a new hire two customers to start; the rest of the portfolio is invisible to them.
Pick permissions one by one: a "NOC shift" role that only manages IP blocks takes three minutes to build. The catalog lists only permissions that actually work today.
Safety: the last Owner can't be removed or downgraded, and only an Owner can assign the Owner role.
A new customer, live in minutes
Create a new customer environment from the console — isolation is automatic.
Deploy the signed MSI centrally via RMM, GPO, or Intune — the registration code links every machine to the right customer's workspace automatically.
End users enroll their own phones; your technicians are already exempt.
We prepare the weekly reports — a portfolio for you, their own summary for your customer
Every week you receive a per-customer portfolio summary: an attack origin map, a 7-day chart, and the customer table. Your customer's administrator also receives their own environment's digest — with a "Your Protected Resources" table instead of the customer table, so the answer to "what was done for us this week?" reaches them directly. Raw IPs and usernames never land in the email; details stay in the panel.
The MSP math: how billing works
- The meter counts only protected users — machines and Windows accounts don't count
- The same person across any number of customers is counted once
- Technicians and panel administrators: 0
- Real end-of-month count, one monthly invoice, no commitment
Let's talk volume-based partner pricing — the list price is always public on this site.
What MSPs ask us
Are my technicians really free?
Yes. Your technicians never consume licenses, no matter how many customers they serve — our take on what the industry calls "user inheritance". The meter only counts your customers' protected end users.
Can my customers see each other?
No, under no circumstances. Every customer lives in an isolated environment; a customer signing in to their panel sees only their own resources, people, and records. Only you see across the whole scope.
Can I limit what my technicians are allowed to do?
Yes. There are five built-in roles — Owner, Admin, Operator, Helpdesk, Auditor — and if they're not enough, you build a custom role by picking permissions one by one. You also choose the scope: a technician can be authorized across all your customers or only the ones you assign. As a safeguard, the last Owner can't be removed or downgraded.
How does partner pricing work?
The list price ($2/user/month) is always public. Based on your volume, a private partner rate is defined for you and shown in your panel; you decide the price and margin toward your customers. Just contact us to talk.
Who invoices the customer?
You do. Dynacop sends one invoice to you for your whole scope; the commercial relationship with the end customer is yours — you set your own price and invoice them yourself. Dynacop never sells directly to your customers.
Can I deploy with my existing RMM/tooling?
Yes. The agent is a signed MSI — deploy silently via your RMM, GPO, or Intune; the machine links to the right customer with a registration code from the panel.
Can different customers have different security policies?
Yes. Policies are set per customer — and per resource where needed: MFA rules, Shield thresholds, offline behavior. One customer's strict rule never binds another.
What does a customer see in their own panel?
Their entire environment: resources, people, access grants, person-level sign-in history, and attack visibility. They can revoke an access themselves — and you see it immediately. That transparency means you're not selling a black box.
How does the free tier work for an MSP?
The free tier is a scope total: up to 10 users and 5 computers across all your customers combined. It's ideal for evaluation and a first pilot customer; as you grow, you only pay per protected user.
