Are the first 10 users free on the paid plan too?
No — Free is a separate plan: as long as you stay within 10 users and 5 computers, you pay nothing. Once you outgrow it and move to the paid plan, the meter starts from user #1; for example, 12 users = $24/month.
What exactly is a “protected user”?
A real person who is active and has at least one unexpired access grant to a computer. The moment you offboard someone, they drop off the meter. Machines, Windows accounts, MSP technicians, and panel-only administrators are never counted.
Are machines and Windows accounts really unlimited?
Yes — on the paid plan, the number of machines and Windows accounts never affects your price; the meter is only protected users. Install the agent on as many computers as you need.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove their access and they drop off the meter. Since your invoice is based on the actual count at the end of each month, mid-month reductions are reflected automatically.
What if my user count changes on the annual plan?
Annual prepay is based on your user count at the start of the term and includes 2 free months. If you add users mid-term, the difference is prorated for the remaining period; reductions are applied at the next renewal.
If I'm late on a payment, do my users get locked out?
No, never. Sign-ins and protections keep working; only the admin panel switches to read-only and you can't add new people. Everything returns to normal the moment payment goes through.
I'm an MSP — how do technicians and pricing work?
Your technicians never consume licenses, no matter how many customers they serve. All your customers live in one console and you receive a single invoice. Contact us for volume-based partner pricing — list pricing is always public, and your partner rate is visible in your panel.
Which payment methods do you accept?
